Terms
These terms outline the basics of using Gyde responsibly. Last updated July 24, 2026.
Gyde is designed to help you track wellness data and receive AI-supported coaching guidance. You are responsible for deciding what advice to follow and for using the product in a way that makes sense for your health, goals, and context.
Gyde is a consumer wellness product, not a medical service, and should not replace qualified professional advice. We do not represent Gyde as HIPAA compliant or approved for covered-entity or business-associate protected-health-information workflows. If you have injuries, chronic conditions, or urgent health concerns, use professional medical guidance instead of relying on an app.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for ensuring the information you provide is accurate enough for the product to coach effectively. Password-based accounts must verify their email before normal app, health-data, integration, or AI coaching access. Before verification, access is limited to verification and recovery, support or safety contact, sign-out, and account deletion.
Live voice and video are not currently available or approved for rollout and will remain disabled until Gyde uses a secure, server-controlled relay and the complete flow passes security and privacy review. Product descriptions and planned features do not guarantee availability.
We may update these terms as the product and its safeguards change. The date below identifies the version currently presented to you.
